Any Metasoft's project is viewed through a prism of stages, workflows and iterations in accordance with the RUP methodology and is supposed to have the following components:
- the project's organizational structure (Microsoft Organizational Chart);
- General Planning (MS Project);
- Direct task management system (Metasoft Task Management System);
- Short-term (weekly based) planning and report status;
- Early stage problems and bottlenecks prevention system;
- Project monitoring by customers system (Metasoft Project Monitoring System);
- Testing and Bug tracking System coupled with Metasoft Task Management System.
